Wei-Jen Yuan is a Principal in Corporate Credit at BDT & MSD. He has previously held senior analyst positions at DSC Meridian Capital, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Citigroup. He studied piano at the Juilliard School and Yale School of Music, and majored in Economics at Harvard University. When not following tickers on his screen, Wei-Jen enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, reading, pickleball and traveling.

He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Computer Science, and during his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and learning the cello.

 

Richard Alsop is partner in the Capital Markets Group at A&O Shearman. He advises corporations and investment banks on a broad variety of capital markets works. He has more than 25 years of experience as a Corporate and Securities Law professional, and 15 years of in house experience at Merrill Lynch.
